Several sites,

a single view.

When production is spread across multiple centers, the difficulty is no longer technical but organizational: knowing what is happening everywhere, being able to transfer a title without improvising, and maintaining common rules without constraining each site.

01 — Your constraints

Three governance questions.

01

Compare sites

Without common indicators, it is impossible to know if a center is actually performing worse or simply under a heavier workload. The discussion remains based on subjective feelings.

02

Transfer a title

A press breakdown, a strike, a peak: you need to be able to print elsewhere that very evening. This requires a well-oiled page transfer process and already-aligned parameters.

03

To uphold a common rule

The same title should not come out differently depending on the center. Shared profiles are needed, while leaving each site the latitude that its press requires.

A heterogeneous fleet is managed on a site-by-site basis.

It is rare for groups to have all their centers running on the same version. We start by mapping out the existing setup, and then we propose a site-by-site transition plan rather than a single, massive roll-out.
