Know before
that it gets stuck.
A print deadline is decided in minutes. Monitoring isn't for making pretty dashboards: it's for seeing that an edition is running late while it's still possible to act, and knowing where the flow is actually getting blocked.

SCOPE
Feed status, alerts, page exchange

01 — Two distinct needs
Monitor the flow, keep the pages moving.
01
View live status
How many pages have arrived, which ones are blocked, what is the status of the plates, which edition is going to miss its deadline. A shared screen avoids back-and-forth between the workshop and the editorial staff, and the automatic alert replaces the phone call.
02
Transfer between sites
A page designed in Toulouse and printed in Rennes, an advertising department submitting its ads, a title redirected on an evening of a breakdown. The transfer must be traceable, controlled, and fast enough to be decided at the very last minute.
02 — Products
Four modules.
ViewFlow 360
The real-time flow overview, with configurable alert thresholds and reports. Designed to be displayed on a large screen in the workshop as well as viewed from an office.
— NewsWayX Line
Arkitex Analyst
Bottleneck analysis, live and historical. Less of a monitoring screen and more of a tool to answer the question: "where are we actually losing time every evening?".
— Arkitex Line
Arkitex Portal
The portal through which editorial teams, ad agencies, and advertisers submit and track their pages, without needing an account on your internal network and without exchanging files via email.
— Arkitex Line
Arkite x Courier
The transmission of pages from one printing site to another, with acknowledgment of receipt and recovery after an incident. This is the building block that makes a remote title transfer genuinely workable on a night of a breakdown.
